Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,372 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF14, NR2C1, and CDK5RAP1. Each is linked with TRA2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRA2A versus PHF14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
