Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, RNA5SP411, and DNAJA1P1. Each is linked with TRA2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by TRA2A-low versus TRA2A-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
