TRA2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Annexin-1, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with TRA2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TRA2A-low versus TRA2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
