Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRA2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,943 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with TRA2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2A results are reported.
