Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, E2F1, and FAM83D. Each is linked with TPX2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPX2-to-partner and partner-to-TPX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPX2 versus MYBL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
