TPX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,030 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM138, BUB3, and CCNB2. Each is linked with TPX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPX2-to-partner and partner-to-TPX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM138 grouped by TPX2-low versus TPX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
