Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, P-Cadherin, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with TPX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPX2-to-partner and partner-to-TPX2 results are reported.
