TPTEP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTEP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,481 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTEP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBTF, MTA1, and MTA1_S576. Each is linked with TPTEP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTEP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPTEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPTEP2 versus UBTF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
