TPTEP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3193, IGHV3OR16-13, and MIR4465. Each is linked with TPTEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTEP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPTEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3193 grouped by TPTEP2-low versus TPTEP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
