TPTEP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 973 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP42, GDAP1L1, and EDN3. Each is linked with TPTEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPTEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPTEP1 versus USP42 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
