TPTE2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTE2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTE2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3619, NIPA2P3, and PRAMEF13. Each is linked with TPTE2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE2P1-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3619 grouped by TPTE2P1-low versus TPTE2P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTE2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTE2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
