TPTE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,985 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4BP3, DDX55, and TRIB3. Each is linked with TPTE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE2-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB4BP3 grouped by TPTE2-low versus TPTE2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
