TPTE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPTE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,499 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT25, PPP1R1A, and ACVR1B. Each is linked with TPTE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE2-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPTE2 versus KRT25 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
