TPTE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPTE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUX2, OR9Q1, and SLC10A1. Each is linked with TPTE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE2-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUX2 grouped by TPTE2-low versus TPTE2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
