TPST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6-1060P, and RNU6-1207P. Each is linked with TPST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPST1-to-partner and partner-to-TPST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by TPST1-low versus TPST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
