TPSG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,325 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPGDS, LARP4B_S718, and VWA5A. Each is linked with TPSG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSG1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPSG1 versus HPGDS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
