TPSG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,593 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABLIM3, ACKR1, and LINC01480. Each is linked with TPSG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSG1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPSG1 versus ABLIM3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
