Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPSG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,086 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aldosterone metabolic process, Aldosterone biosynthetic process, and Mineralocorticoid metabolic process. Each is linked with TPSG1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSG1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSG1 results are reported.
