TPSG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM4, DBX1, and LHCGR. Each is linked with TPSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSG1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM4 grouped by TPSG1-low versus TPSG1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
