TPSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,246 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPGDS, TPSAB1, and URB2. Each is linked with TPSD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSD1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPSD1 versus HPGDS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
