TPSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11G1P, RPL34P36, and RNU6-136P. Each is linked with TPSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSD1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11G1P grouped by TPSD1-low versus TPSD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
