Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,215 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty-acyl-CoA transport, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Thioester transport. Each is linked with TPSD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSD1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSD1 results are reported.
