TPSB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,558 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPSD1, TPSAB1, and CPA3. Each is linked with TPSB2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSB2-to-partner and partner-to-TPSB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
