Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPSAB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPSAB1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TPSAB1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPSAB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and CESC are the cancer types where TPSAB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
