Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPSAB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMA1, COL14A1, and CPA3. Each is linked with TPSAB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSAB1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSAB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPSAB1 versus CMA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPSAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPSAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
