Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,873 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPSB2, H2BC17, and AURKA. Each is linked with TPSAB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSAB1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSAB1 results are reported.
