TPSAB1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPSAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, SNORD90, and MIR6777. Each is linked with TPSAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSAB1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSAB1 results are reported.
