Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPSAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,580 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPSAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aldosterone biosynthetic process, Tertiary alcohol biosynthetic process, and Aldosterone metabolic process. Each is linked with TPSAB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPSAB1-to-partner and partner-to-TPSAB1 results are reported.
