Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPRXL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPRXL data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TPRXL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPRXL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where TPRXL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
