TPRXL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRXL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRXL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCRP9, RN7SL478P, and RNU4-13P. Each is linked with TPRXL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRXL-to-partner and partner-to-TPRXL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCRP9 grouped by TPRXL-low versus TPRXL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRXL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRXL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
