Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPRG1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPRG1L data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TPRG1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPRG1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TPRG1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
