Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRG1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,944 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPRG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK4, CEP78, and ZNF180. Each is linked with TPRG1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRG1L-to-partner and partner-to-TPRG1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPRG1L versus PLK4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
