TPRG1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRG1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBPP1, SNORD90, and MIR548O2. Each is linked with TPRG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRG1L-to-partner and partner-to-TPRG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBPP1 grouped by TPRG1L-low versus TPRG1L-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
