Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPRG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPRG1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TPRG1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPRG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
CESC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where TPRG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
