TPRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,635 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLA2G15, RUFY1, and PICALM. Each is linked with TPRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRG1-to-partner and partner-to-TPRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
