TPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC, IPO9, and CDC73. Each is linked with TPR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPR-to-partner and partner-to-TPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPR versus PRCC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
