TPR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,899 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS2, TDRKH, and URB2. Each is linked with TPR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPR-to-partner and partner-to-TPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPR versus DARS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
