Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,637 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromatin organization, Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with TPR in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPR-to-partner and partner-to-TPR results are reported.
