Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,485 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO28, FBXW7, and RELCH. Each is linked with TPR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPR-to-partner and partner-to-TPR results are reported.
