Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPPP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPPP3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TPPP3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPPP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where TPPP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
