TPPP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,020 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC1, CRIP2, and ODF3L1. Each is linked with TPPP3 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP3-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPPP3 versus ZDHHC1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
