Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,755 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPPP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP, TPPP3_S162, and PGM5. Each is linked with TPPP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP3-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPPP3 versus TPPP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
