TPPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-660P, MIR98, and TRBV11-3. Each is linked with TPPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP3-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-660P grouped by TPPP3-low versus TPPP3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
