Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2 and HSFY2. Each is linked with TPPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP3-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP3 results are reported.
