TPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,336 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, CUL4A, and RBM26. Each is linked with TPP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPP2 versus ARHGEF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
