TPP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,893 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAXD, UBAC2, and IPO5. Each is linked with TPP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPP2 versus NAXD in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
