TPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, MIR4646, and C18orf25. Each is linked with TPP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by TPP2-low versus TPP2-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
