TPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with TPP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src grouped by TPP2-low versus TPP2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
