TPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A4, OR56A5, and PPP1R2C. Each is linked with TPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A4 grouped by TPP2-low versus TPP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
