TPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,604 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL4I1, APBB1IP, and VIM_S22. Each is linked with TPP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPP1 versus IL4I1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
